The conference will be held at the Loews Don CeSar Beach Resort, a historic luxury hotel located on the pristine sandy beach of St. Pete Beach, FL. Known affectionately as "The Pink Palace" or "The Don", the hotel also hosted the 20th EMC in January 2007. The Don offers beautiful gulf and bay views, the newly built Spa Oceana, beach and water activities, two outdoor pools and a variety of dining & shopping options. Please note the following hotel reservation policies:
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night room and tax may be used in lieu of a credit card guarantee but must be received by the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations awaiting a deposit must still have a credit card on file to guarantee.
• Cancellations must be made by 4 PM local time 3 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid one night room and tax charges.
• All departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in will be subject to a one night’s room and tax departure charge.
• In the event that a guest fails to check-in for a guaranteed reservation, a non-refundable charge of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file and the balance of the reservation will be cancelled.
• Check-in time of the hotel is 4 PM. Attendees may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of the room.
