Registration Fees
Regular Conferee: $395 (includes the scientific sessions & social events)
Guest of Conferee: $250 (includes the social events only)
The social events comprise the Opening Reception on Sunday evening, 3 Breakfasts, Lunch on Wednesday and the Closing banquet on Wednesday evening.
