Registration fee covers opening reception, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, evening poster libations and closing banquet.

The resort and the EMC organizing committee are both committed to holding the conference in a safe environment. In the event that the conference cannot be held due to some unseen calamity, we will offer either complementary registration when the conference is held at a later date, or a return of your registration fees (minus a small 2.9% credit card fee) if you cancel by the registration deadline of October 31, 2023.
